Student Drop-Off

Buckalew Elementary School, located on an 11-acre site, contains 32 regular classrooms and four pre-kindergarten and kindergarten classrooms for a total building capacity of 880 students. The plan is an arrangement of four classroom pods containing eight classrooms per pod with seven swing classrooms, and four classrooms in the kindergarten pod.

The library is centrally located opposite the main entry. The administration area is located centrally at the main entry, and the cafetorium is adjacent to the bus drop-off.
